NET.CRAWL follows a White Rabbit trapped inside an unfriendly, post-human digital world filled with playful references to modern IT concepts and internet culture. Rather than framing its setting around hacking or corporate espionage, the game presents a whimsical cybernetic fairyland where technological "magic" runs rampant, and the Avatar must navigate this bizarre cyberspace, activating nodes and confronting strange, powerful Cores in pursuit of finding a way out — with Depth-3 and the game's eventual "true ending" continuing to expand what lies at the heart of this digital world.

Gameplay replaces traditional card-based deckbuilding with a hexagonal grid of nodes: each move activates the node the Avatar lands on, triggering an effect while also repositioning the Avatar and changing which nodes are reachable next. Levels are dynamically assembled from drafted blue (Data), yellow (Credits), and green (toolbox) grids between runs, and each encounter with a Core — a unique mini-boss with its own special ability or victory condition — demands a tailored strategy rather than a repeatable, generic approach, all within intentionally short, highly replayable runs.

Launch it to begin your run as the White Rabbit trapped in cyberspace. Move the Avatar onto hexagonal nodes to activate their effects, watching how the available nodes shift as you reposition. Draft your blue (Data), yellow (Credits), and green (toolbox) grids between levels to shape the level ahead. Study each Core's unique ability or victory condition before engaging, since a generic approach won't work against every boss. Push into Depth-3 if you've completed earlier Early Access content, since it includes guaranteed new material. Try Pro difficulty and its associated achievements once you're comfortable with the base game's systems.
