Dataminers 1.08

Dataminers puts players in the role of an ethical hacker infiltrating the data towers of evil corporations. The story is told lightly, through campaign missions and the framing of racing against the firewall, as you collect data, hack terminals, and take enemies down from the inside.

Dataminers is a fast, turn-based roguelike built on Minesweeper-style logic. Players climb and clear procedurally generated towers, reading number clues to find data mines, collecting data, hacking terminals, and avoiding or outwitting guards and turrets. Campaign missions, unlockable items, and upgrades add depth, and push-your-luck decisions let players trade safety for bigger rewards. The game includes four modes, leaderboards, and adjustable difficulty.

Start the campaign or choose one of the other game modes. Read the numbers on the grid to work out where the data mines are. Collect data and avoid or disarm mines as you climb the tower. Hack terminals to gain advantages and weaken enemy defenses. Outsmart guards and turrets, using stealth and positioning. Decide when to play it safe and when to push your luck for bigger rewards. Unlock items and upgrades to make later towers easier. Compete on the leaderboards and chase achievements as you improve.
