20 modeled cassette recorders: Each has its own preamp, EQ topology, head response and transport behavior. 4 tape formulations: Type I Ferric, Type II Chrome, Type III Ferrichrome and Type IV Metal, each with its own style of compression and saturation. Preamp drive and channel-strip mode: You can overdrive the preamp for harmonic saturation, or bypass the tape and use the preamp on its own. Tape wear and damage controls: Tape aging, head wear, drift, wow and flutter, dropouts, hiss and other lo-fi artifacts. Pitch and tape speed: You can control playback pitch for detuned, warped effects. Three tape speeds are available, and slower speeds add more hiss, saturation and wobble. 33 factory presets: From clean studio masters to fully destroyed tape textures.
