Superlunar EM-900 1.0.0
NEWPopularSuperlunar EM-900 is a digital sampler emulator plugin that models the DAC circuits, filtering, and aliasing of 17 legendary hardware samplers from the 80s and 90s, allowing producers to combine modular sampler and filter combinations to achieve authentic vintage lo-fi character.
Superlunar EM-900 1.0.0 Overview
Key Features
17 Emulated Vintage Samplers EM-900 models the DAC circuits and signal characteristics of 17 legendary 80s and 90s hardware samplers, capturing each machine's distinct grit, aliasing behavior, and tonal fingerprint. Modular Sampler and Filter Pairing Every sampler and filter model inside EM-900 is modular, letting you mix and match components freely pair the SP-1200's aggressive DAC with the S950's steep filter, or run MPC60 bit crushing through the Emax's ladder filter. SP-1200-Style Aliasing Recreate the aliasing artifacts made famous by the classic 90s hip-hop detuning technique on the SP-1200, and apply that same character to any sampler in the collection, not just the original machine. S950/S1000-Style Time-Stretch Engine A real-time time-stretch engine modeled on the S950/S1000 workflow produces the metallic, phasey, stuttering artifacts that defined 90s Jungle and Drum & Bass production. Casio SK-1 Toy-Grade Texture Dial in the crushed, toy-grade character of the Casio SK-1 for a distinctly lo-fi, degraded texture different from the grittier professional samplers in the collection. Full Signal-Path Emulation Instead of a simple bit-crusher effect, EM-900 recreates each sampler's complete internal signal behavior DAC stage, filtering, and playback characteristics for more authentic, machine-specific coloration. Works on Tracks or Full Mixes EM-900 can be applied to individual tracks or an entire mix bus, depending on how much character or degradation the material needs. Stackable Aliasing and Filtering Aliasing and filtering effects from different machines can be stacked on top of one another, letting you build entirely custom sampler character combinations beyond any single original hardware unit. Universal 2 Binary for macOS EM-900 is distributed as a Universal 2 Binary, running natively on both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs, in addition to Windows support.
