Remanence Audio Iron Glass 1.1.6
Iron Glass is a five-band parallel EQ plugin from Remanence Audio that runs all its bands simultaneously through a circuit-modeled inductor network, the way classic passive hardware did, combined with a modeled tube-and-transformer stage for genuine analog character. With sweepable band centers, five width settings per band, and inductor-modeled filters, it offers musically interactive tone shaping for mixing and mastering.

Remanence Audio Iron Glass 1.1.6 Overview
Key Features
Fixed or Sweepable Band Centers Bands are centered at 100 Hz, 300 Hz, 1 kHz, 4 kHz, and 10 kHz by default, or can be switched to SWEEP mode to place each band's center frequency anywhere needed. Five Selectable Width Settings Per Band Each band offers five width options, ranging from a broad, gentle curve to a tight, focused cut or boost, selectable with a single tap. Wide Boost and Cut Range Boosts and cuts run up to ±5 dB for subtle, fine-tuning work, or up to ±15 dB when a more aggressive correction is needed. Switchable Shelf or Peak Filter Types The four outer bands can be switched between shelf and peak filter types, while the center 1 kHz band remains fixed as a peak filter. Modeled Tube and Transformer Stage A "Glass" tube stage and "Iron" transformer stage are both solved as genuine circuit models rather than a fixed saturation effect applied at the end of the signal chain. Independent Color and Voicing Controls Color and voicing controls change the fundamental character of the tube and iron stages themselves, rather than simply changing how hard those stages are being driven.
