Orra Audio Orra Cream Limiter 1.0.0 Overview
Key Features
Multiband Limiting Engine Audio is split into independent frequency bands, each limited on its own, so a loud kick only affects the low band instead of pumping the entire mix's mids and highs. Cream Per-Band Saturation Cream applies saturation ranging from tube-warm lows to tape-smooth highs; because it's peak-normalized, it fattens the waveform and adds perceived loudness without pushing the limiter itself harder. At 0%, it's fully bypassed and bit-clean. One-Click Scout Auto-Mastering Pressing Scout analyzes a few seconds of the loudest section of a mix, reading its dynamics, tonal balance, transient character, stereo width, and how finished it already sounds, then sets a Style, Cream amount, Release, and Stereo Link accordingly. Auto Loudness to Streaming Targets Auto Loudness drives the master onto a chosen LUFS target and holds it there, while staying true-peak safe throughout. Four Limiter Styles Transparent, Punch, Warm, and Smash styles give users different limiting characters to match the source material or desired final sound. Dual Metering: EBU R128 and BS.1770 Honest EBU R128 loudness metering is paired with a BS.1770 true-peak meter, giving a clear, standards-based read on both perceived loudness and peak safety.
