SnapNDrag Pro is a screenshot app for Mac that captures your screen, keeps every shot in a searchable library, and lets you add arrows and text. It’s for people who take lots of screenshots for teaching, support, documentation or notes, and are tired of a messy Desktop.

SnapNDrag Pro 4.5.6 [MAS] Overview

SnapNDrag Pro is made by Yellow Mug Software, a long-running indie studio run by developer Jay Teo. The app started as a simple tool: snap a screenshot with one click, then drag it straight into Mail or Finder. Over the years it grew into a full screenshot manager. Every capture goes into a library, which you can sort into folders, search and rename in batches. There’s a built-in annotation editor for arrows, shapes, text, blur and highlights. It edits a copy, so your original screenshot is always safe. It can also pull in screenshots you take with macOS’s own shortcuts, like ⌘⇧4. That way everything ends up in one place.

Every shot is saved to a library with folders, live search, batch rename and its own Trash for undoing deletes. Non-destructive annotation. Add arrows, shapes, text, highlights, blur and emoji, and revert to the original whenever you want. Auto-import system screenshots. Shots taken with the standard macOS shortcuts are added to the library automatically, with an option to clear them off the Desktop. Easy sharing. How to Use SnapNDrag Pro 4.5.6 [MAS]

Buy it from the Mac App Store, or download it from yellowmug.com. For the direct download, open the DMG and drag SnapNDrag into Applications. Launch it. When asked, allow it in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen Recording, then reopen the app. Optional: turn on auto-import of system screenshots in Preferences, and set your own hotkeys.
