Review the ranked list of suggested meeting times, or manually scrub along the map's working-hours band to pick a different slot. If desired, grant read-only calendar access in Settings so Atlas can steer around times you are already booked. Once you've settled on a time, use the one-tap Add to Calendar option to send the event to Apple Calendar, Google, Outlook, or an .ics file.
