Expenses is a simple, private spending tracker. You log what you spend and earn, sort it by category and merchant, and see where your money goes. It’s for people who want a clean budget log without connecting bank accounts or creating an account.

Expenses is made by Blue Comet Labs LLC and runs on Mac, iPhone, iPad and Apple Vision Pro. There’s no sign-up: you open the app and start adding entries. You can log expenses and income in any currency, scan receipts to fill in details, and group spending into custom categories and merchants. Charts show trends over time and breakdowns by category. Data stays on your device or in your own iCloud and syncs across your Apple devices. You can also share a “sheet” with others, which is handy for a trip or a household budget.

How to Use Expenses: Spending Tracker 4.1.6

Open Expenses from Launchpad or the Applications folder. Make sure iCloud is turned on in System Settings → Apple Account → iCloud if you want your data to sync with your iPhone. Start adding expenses. Upgrade to Pro inside the app if you need it.
