Colour Wheel is a colour selection and palette tool for macOS. It is a set of tools for painters and designers, not a single, fixed colour picker. The app has a Digital Colour Wheel (graphic design tool), a Classic Colour Wheel (general colour wheel) and an Abstract Colour Wheel (simplified colour scheme for abstract painting) so you have different ways to pick colours depending on what you are doing.
